Bio

     Prof. Fatima Al-Jassim has worked as a commercial subjects teacher in secondary school from 1983 to 1996, then as a gifted and talented specialist at the Ministry of Education in the Kingdom of Bahrain from 1993 to 2002, then joined Arabian Gulf University as a lecturer in the Gifted Education Program in 2002, then graduated from Assistant Professor to Professor in the same department.   Prof. Fatima's was the Coordinator of the Professional Diploma Program in Gifted Education for the Hamdan Bin Rashid Award for Distinguished Academic Performance from 2010 to 2016. She was Head of the Educational Group Team of the Committee for the Preparation of the Third National Communication of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change for the year 2020. Dr. Fatima participated in the preparation of the study "Gender Balance: Skills and Jobs of the Future in the Kingdom of Bahrain" issued by the Supreme Council for Women.
