Dr. Hani Atwa graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Suez Canal University, Egypt, and later joined its Medical Education Department, where he earned both a Master's degree and Ph.D. in Medical Education. Currently, he is a Professor at Suez Canal University and also work as Chairperson of the Medical Education Department at the College of Medicine, Arabian Gulf University, Bahrain. He is a Fellow of the International FAIMER Institute in the USA and a faculty member at the Ain Shams University FAIMER Regional Institute. In addition to his work in medical education, he holds a diploma in Pediatrics and is a Consultant of General Pediatrics. Dr. Hani's research spans curriculum development, student assessment, and online learning, with publications in leading journals. He is an Editorial Board Member for BMC Medical Education and Topic Editor for Frontiers in Medicine. He has contributed to the development of PBL curricula in Saudi Arabia and Libya, and leads faculty development programs across various educational domains.
