Pediatrics

Our primary objective is to create a learning environment that meets and supports the needs of all students. Our department is committed to achieving excellence in pediatric education, providing medical students with a solid foundation in pediatric medicine, while focusing on compassionate, evidence-based, and family-centered care. Students acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to meet the distinct medical requirements of neonates, infants, children, and adolescents through a mix of bedside and outpatient clinical training, classroom education, and simulation-based learning. We highlight the importance of growth, development, disease prevention, and community-focused research in line with the vision of advancing healthcare standards within the GCC region.
