Special Education

     The Department of Special Education at AGU is recognized as one of the leading academic units in the region, distinguished by its integrated and comprehensive approach to equip professionals with the knowledge, research skills, and practical expertise necessary to succeed in their field. The department offers advanced programs that include the Doctor of Philosophy in Gifted Education and the Master of Science in Gifted Education, both emphasizing the identification, development, and support of gifted learners. Additionally, the department offers the Doctor of Philosophy in Learning and Developmental Disabilities and the Master of Science in Learning and Developmental Disabilities, with specialized tracks in Intellectual Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, and Autism.
