     Dr. Arun Vijay Subbarayalu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration and Head of the Quality Unit at the Quality Assurance and Strategic Planning Center, Arabian Gulf University, Bahrain. He has over 16 years of experience in teaching, research, and quality accreditation, previously serving at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University, Saudi Arabia. His expertise includes accreditation frameworks such as NCAAA, CAA, JCI, and NABH. A certified ISO 9001:2015 lead auditor and trained NCAAA external reviewer, he specializes in innovation management, higher education, healthcare quality, and rehabilitation. Dr. Subbarayalu has authored three textbooks, eight book chapters, and over 90 Scopus-indexed publications. He provides technical guidance for institutional accreditation, KPI development, and strategic planning for quality assurance. His experience extends to data-driven evaluation of learning outcomes and university ranking systems including QS, Times, ARWU, and Green Metrics.
