Dr Salman Hamad Al Zayani, Chief Executive Officer of the University Medical Centre at King Abdullah Medical City, has signed a cooperation agreement with Ms. Areej Al Khan, Chief Executive Officer of Sama Bahrain Card. The objective of this agreement is to enhance health cooperation in providing comprehensive healthcare services to cardholders.

The agreement aims to offer innovative health facilities for Sama card users in Bahrain, leveraging the advanced medical services provided by the University Medical Centre at King Abdullah Medical City. Through this partnership, beneficiaries of the Sama card will have access to sophisticated and advanced healthcare services, including diagnostics and treatment across various medical specialties, while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety at the University Medical Centre.

During the signing ceremony, Dr Al Zayani expressed his satisfaction with the agreement, stating: “We are proud to strengthen our collaboration with Sama Bahrain Card through this agreement, which will contribute to the enhancement and expansion of medical services provided to cardholders.” He affirmed that the University Medical Centre is committed to delivering the highest level of healthcare in accordance with the latest global standards.

For her part, Ms Al Khan expressed her happiness with the partnership, stating that this agreement allows Sama card users to access high-quality healthcare services at one of the most prominent medical centres in Bahrain. She added: “We consider this agreement an important step towards enhancing mutual cooperation, reflecting the spirit of collaboration and integration between the centre and Sama Card.”
