Introduction
As the Arabian Gulf region continues to witness rapid economic growth and development, the demand for quality healthcare services is also on the rise. This demand is further fueled by an aging population, an increase in chronic diseases, and the growing prevalence of lifestyle-related health issues. To address these pressing healthcare needs, there is an urgent need for a highly skilled and compassionate nursing workforce. The program is designed to meet this critical demand by preparing future nurses to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a variety of healthcare settings. The program's rigorous curriculum emphasizes both theoretical knowledge and practical clinical experience, ensuring that graduates are well-equipped to address the complex healthcare challenges facing the region. Moreover, it is predicted that the demand for nurses in the GCC countries will be increased by 2030. Qualifying national nurses who are skilled and culturally sensitive will resolve one of the main hurdles currently inhibiting fulfilling the evolving needs of health systems in the region. The program incorporates culturally sensitive teaching methodologies and clinical placements in diverse healthcare settings, ensuring 2 that graduates are prepared to provide culturally competent care to patients from various backgrounds. In addition to its strong clinical focus, the program emphasizes leadership development and research skills. Graduates will be equipped to take on leadership roles in the nursing profession and contribute to the advancement of nursing practice through evidence-based research. The program is a transformative educational experience that will prepare future nurses to make a significant impact on the healthcare landscape of the Arabian Gulf region.
